Vanguard’s Director, Shahbaz, is equipped with more than 37 years’ experience of entrepreneurship and Operations and Project management in the Private and public sectors, both in leadership C level positions. He has played pivotal role in the development of oil & gas assets in Pakistan and associated transmission and disposal infrastructure.
